Buzzi Unicem’s Special Meeting of Savings Shareholders, which met today in Casale Monferrato, has appointed Mr. Arturo Albano, managing partner at a consulting firm in Milan, as common representative for three years. The appointment will expire with the Shareholders’ Meeting for the approval of the financial statements as at December 31, 2016.
