Yesterday evening Buzzi Unicem has been informed that the Board of Directors of SACCI, following receipt of a more favourable competing offer, has revoked the resolution passed on 21 December 2015 and decided to update and modify the composition plan on the basis of such rival offer.

We recall that SACCI will be allowed to accept the offer submitted by the other industry player only after the possible vote in favour of the creditors and the endorsement of the composition by the Court of Rome.
