Report on the purchase of treasury shares
Buzzi Unicem SpA announces that during the period from 28 February 2022 through 4 March 2022 it acquired no. 1,114,857 treasury shares for a total consideration of 18,186,428.67 Euro, as authorized by the Ordinary General Meeting on 7 May 2021.
