Report on the purchase of treasury shares
Buzzi Unicem SpA announces that during the period from 7 March 2022 through 11 March 2022 it acquired no. 1,170,271 treasury shares for a total consideration of 19,163,659.65 Euro, as authorized by the Ordinary General Meeting on 7 May 2021.
