Report on the purchase of treasury shares
Buzzi SpA announces that during the period from 01 July 2024 through 05 July 2024 it acquired no. 211,539 treasury shares for a total consideration of 7,768,121.93 Euro, as authorised by the Shareholders' Meeting held on 9 May 2024.
