Report on the purchase of treasury shares
Buzzi SpA announces that during the period from 15 July 2024 through 19 July 2024 it acquired no. 186,883 treasury shares for a total consideration of 6,973,751.91 Euro, as authorised by the Shareholders' Meeting held on 9 May 2024.
