Report on the purchase of treasury shares
Buzzi SpA announces that during the period from 05 August 2024 through 09 August 2024 it acquired no. 344,779 treasury shares for a total consideration of 11,482,820.80 Euro, as authorised by the Shareholders' Meeting held on 9 May 2024.
