Buzzi Unicem SpA announces that during the period from April 15, 2020 through April 17, 2020 it acquired no. 120,000 ordinary treasury shares and no. 20,000 savings treasury shares for a total consideration of 2,062,178.00 Euro, as authorized by the Ordinary General Meeting on May 9, 2019.
