Report on the purchase of treasury shares
Buzzi Unicem SpA announces that during the period from 9 February 2022 through 11 February 2022 it acquired no. 326,361 treasury shares for a total consideration of 6,525,647.79 Euro, as authorized by the Ordinary General Meeting on 7 May 2021.
