Report on the purchase of treasury shares
Buzzi Unicem SpA announces that during the period from 14 February 2022 through 18 February 2022 it acquired no. 784,350 treasury shares for a total consideration of 15,614,303.35 Euro, as authorized by the Ordinary General Meeting on 7 May 2021.Details of the daily transactions on the Euronext Milan are as follows:
