Report on the purchase of treasury shares
Buzzi Unicem SpA announces that during the period from 21 February 2022 through 25 February 2022 it acquired no. 901,519 treasury shares for a total consideration of 16,400,443.66 Euro, as authorized by the Ordinary General Meeting on 7 May 2021.
