Buzzi Unicem SpA announces that during the period from March 26, 2020 through March 27, 2020 it acquired no. 76,000 ordinary treasury shares and no. 20,000 savings treasury shares for a total consideration of 1,398,335.00 Euro, as authorized by the Ordinary General Meeting on May 9, 2019.
