Buzzi Unicem SpA announces that during the period from November 26, 2018 through November 30, 2018 it acquired no. 188,281 ordinary treasury shares for a total consideration of 3,155,390.29 Euro, as authorized by the Ordinary General Meeting on May 10, 2018.
