Buzzi Unicem SpA announces that during the period from October 1, 2018 through October 5, 2018 it acquired no. 640,800 ordinary treasury shares for a total consideration of 11,759,484.15 Euro, as authorized by the Ordinary General Meeting on May 10, 2018.
