Buzzi Unicem SpA announces that during the period from October 22, 2018 through October 26, 2018 it acquired no. 593,000 ordinary treasury shares for a total consideration of 9,483,199.10 Euro, as authorized by the Ordinary General Meeting on May 10, 2018.
