Buzzi Unicem SpA announces that during the period from November 5, 2018 through November 9, 2018 it acquired no. 650,186 ordinary treasury shares for a total consideration of 10,946,727.20 Euro, as authorized by the Ordinary General Meeting on May 10, 2018.
