Buzzi Unicem SpA announces that during the period from November 19, 2018 through November 23, 2018 it acquired no. 683,000 ordinary treasury shares for a total consideration of 10,990,299.50 Euro, as authorized by the Ordinary General Meeting on May 10, 2018.
