The Italian Antitrust Authority has announced through its website the opening of an investigation against Buzzi Unicem and other national cement companies concerning a suspected horizontal agreement on the sale price.

Within Buzzi Unicem the respect for competition law is a corporate priority. Therefore, we are confident of being able to demonstrate during the investigation the absence of any non-compliant conduct.
