This is to inform that Buzzi Uncem SpA has made available at the registered office and on the company’s website www.buzziunicem.com, Investors/Info for shareholders section, as well as on the authorized storage system managed by Spafid Connect S.p.A.,  (www.emarketstorage.com) the Minutes of Buzzi Unicem’s Board of Directors of 30 September 2021 approving the cross-border merger by incorporation into Buzzi Unicem SpA of the wholly owned subsidiary Buzzi Unicem International Sàrl  based in Luxembourg.
