This is to inform that Buzzi Unicem SpA has made available at the registered office and on the company’s website www.buzziunicem.com, Investors/Corporate Governance section, as well as on the authorized storage system managed by Spafid Connect S.p.A. (www.emarketstorage.com) the By-laws as amended in art. 5 following the termination of the bond “Buzzi Unicem €220,000,000 1.375% Equity-Linked Bonds due 2019” without any changes in the capital stock nor the issue of new shares.
